1. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Betmaze website, mobile site and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, using the Services, or clicking “I agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Age: You must be 18 years or over to gamble. We carry out age verification. Underage gambling is a criminal offence.
- Location: Our UK-facing Services are only available to persons who are physically located in the United Kingdom. You must not use VPNs, proxies or similar to circumvent geo-controls.
- One Account: You may only maintain a single Betmaze account in the UK. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
3. Verification (KYC), AML & Sanctions
We perform identity, age, affordability and source-of-funds checks in line with UK law and our licence conditions. We may request documents (e.g., photo ID, proof of address, payment method ownership). Until verification is complete:
- we may restrict deposits, gameplay or withdrawals;
- we may suspend the account and/or close it if verification fails or is not completed within required timeframes.
You must not use the Services in breach of applicable AML, CTF or sanctions laws.
4. Responsible Gambling & Safer Gambling Tools
We encourage safer gambling and provide tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks, product blocking and self-exclusion. You can set or change limits in your account or by contacting support.

- Chargebacks/Fraud: We may suspend or close accounts and void bets/wins in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no logins for 12 months may be deemed inactive; an inactivity fee may apply as stated in our Fees page (if any) and allowed by law.
7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You must not:

- collude, match-fix or exploit software errors or pricing mistakes;
- create multiple or duplicate accounts or impersonate others;
- use the Services if you are self-excluded with us or via a national scheme;
- breach intellectual-property rights or upload unlawful content;
- circumvent technical protections (e.g., geo-blocking) or security controls.
8. Suspension, Closure & Forfeiture
We may suspend or close an account and withhold or void transactions where required by law, for regulatory reasons, due to responsible-gambling concerns, verification failure, bonus abuse, fraud, technical or pricing errors, or breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, game software and data made available via the Services are owned by us or our licensors. You obtain no rights to such content except for personal, non-commercial use of the Services in accordance with these Terms.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- We provide the Services on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunities.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated via the website and/or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
